Last weekend was an eye opener for me. I was excited about learning something new and you provided that. Trust and sharing is not something I do easily but I was quite the blabber mouth last week end. Thanks for creating a safe place to speak and to hear what others said. We were all different but the issues and the pain were real for us all. You were so well prepared and time moved so quickly that I could have continued the process longer.
Things are going well this week. I felt empowered enough to tell someone about an event that had hurt me and felt wronged. WOW! Baby steps but steps non the less.

ReplyDeleteSorry it's been so long since I've checked the blog. Beginning of the semester and preparation for an out of town conference kept me hopping.
I am so very grateful to be able to do this work and to create the sacred space for someone to trust enough to share. So thank you for sharing. We all learn from one another in sharing our stories.
I look forward to working with you again in our workshop on the Spring Equinox.
